| The model illustrates an easy
drying oven for drying the applied rubber
compound lining to the top bottom or lid rings
of round, square and irregular cans. The conveyor
carries the top bottom ring lids from one
end and passes through various junctions,
first for heating and secondly for cooling.
11) ROUND STATIONARY SEAMING MACHINE
The machine is semi-automatic, by stepping
on the treadle; can and lid are pressed
against the top plate. Closing is then affected
on the stationary can by 4 rolls mounted
on special bearing. After closing operations
have been completed, the can is automatically
lowered, making room on the bottom plate
for following cans.
12) TESTING MACHINE
The can testing machine is linkable and
serves for testing round, square, rectangular
and irregular shaped empty containers. The
machine is equipped with two tasting heads,
one fixed head, and the second head fitted
with gripping-releasing and hollow for flow
of air directly connected to power drive
air compressor.
13) DUAL HEAD EAR LUG WELDER
Press type projection welding machine :

14) BODY REFORMER
This machine rounds flattened bodies prior
to flanging. Flat body is opened slightly
by applying head pressure on the two corners.
15) HAND DIE FLANGER
This machine operated by hand lever is for
simultaneously flanging of both ends of
can bodies.
16) CAN SEAMING
This is an improved type of double seamer
, automatic operation of the seaming rolls.
