7) POWER PRESS STAMPING TOP BOTTOM ENDS
All the experience during years of development
and construction of presses has been drawn upon
to ensure improved output, safety in operation
and long tool life. The presses are designed in
various capacities for stamping out top and bottom
lids according to size and shape of container.
8) COMPOUND DIE LINING MACHINE
The machine has been developed to line square,
rectangular and irregular shaped cans' end.
The Operator places the end on the chuck, and
then presses the pedal which engages a single
cycle of the machine. The plate die rises out
of compound bath and transfers a controlled amount
to the applying die. The applying die then carries
the compound to the end and deposits it thereon.
9) IRREGULAR STATIONARY SEAMING MACHINE
The machine incorporates latest design features
with automatic seaming for producing double seams
by the roll on principle for stationary square,
round cornered rectangular & irregular tins.
Especially useful for closing filled tins. There
is no spilling of liquid as container remains
stationary during seaming operation.
 
10) TESTING MACHINE
The can testing machine is linkable and serves
for testing round , square, rectangular and irregular
shaped empty containers. The machine is equipped
with two tasting heads, one fixed head, and the
second head fitted with gripping-releasing and
hollow for flow of air directly connected to power
drive air compressor.
